Legal Assistant

Ms. Harris is a native of Los Angeles, California and received her B.A. in Public, Professional and Organizational Communications in 2016 from California State University, East Bay. She joined the firm in January of 2017 as a file clerk, and by January of 2018, she had worked her way up to the position of legal assistant.

Ms. Harris will continue to be the liaison for client communications relaying calls and messages to the appropriate attorney. Ms. Harris prides herself on creating a warm and welcoming environment in the office, ensuring client satisfaction is always a priority.

Jonalina Xavanna

File Clerk

Los Angeles native Jonalina Xavanna joined the team in February 2018 as a file clerk, becoming the newest and youngest addition to our support staff. Ms. Xavanna's meticulous nature has assisted her in successfully organizing and maintaining client files, creating a more efficient and harmonious work environment.

Ms. Xavanna is working on the completion of her undergraduate philosophy degree at the University of California, Los Angeles with hopes of attending law school in the near future. Her love for studying the law grew from an internship with Senator Ricardo Lara of the 33rd California District in 2015. In addition to her studies and time at Lowe & Associates, she participates in competitive mock trial and volunteers at the Central District Courthouse self-help center in Downtown Los Angeles helping low-income, self-represented litigants tackle their family law issues.

Alex Spring
 
Alex Spring-Anderson grew up in Los Angeles, CA. In May 2019, she received her Juris Doctor and Certificate in Media and Entertainment Law at the USC Gould School of Law. While at USC, she was a staff editor of the USC Entertainment Law Spotlight Journal, in which she published a note entitled "Against the Mainstream: Ensuring Proper Royalty Payments for Independent Songwriters Under the Broken Music Licensing Scheme." She was also Vice President of the Entertainment Law Society and Treasurer of the Music Law Society. 
 
Prior to joining the firm as a law clerk, Alex worked as an intern with Lowe & Associates. During law school, she also worked at BMG Rights Management, Warner Music Group, Insomniac Events, and One, LLP
